Log into your CLIMAMARKET account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the product in its original box, ensuring all manuals, remote controls, and installation hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger HVAC units.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our facility, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5 to 7 business days.
