The Zanella roof bracket is used when the air conditioner outdoor unit must be installed on the roof. The angle of the bracket can be adjusted so that the outdoor unit is always in axis.
There are already four vibration dampers in thermoplastic rubber resistant to atmospheric agents on which to rest and fix the lower supports of the external unit of the air conditioner; these supports slide on special guides which are also adjustable in width, so as to adapt to the installation measurements of all brands and models of air conditioners.
Made of 1.5 mm thick steel and painted with polyurethane powder paint for exteriors, thermosetting, based on RAL 9002 color polyester resin, it is tested to be resistant to atmospheric agents. The average thickness of the paint varies from 70 microns, ideal against corrosion (after 1,000 hrs of salt spray test, no blistering), further guaranteed by the fact that the Zanella brackets are produced using DX51 sheet metal strips, ideal for the surfaces to be painted.
The entire structure of the bracket facilitates the positioning and stability of the outdoor units of the air conditioners on roofs, even sloping ones, so that they are always aligned and safe. The Zanella roof shelf has a high capacity being able to hold up to 140 kg and is also anti-noise and anti-vibration by virtue of the use of rubber gaskets or anti-vibration during assembly.
All the screws used to assemble the bracket comply with UNI 5739 (screws) UNI 5588 (self-locking nuts) UNI 6592 (washers).
